OBS crashes again and again

Whenever I start a stream on YouTube with OBS studio, it crashes as soon as I start my game:

Sometimes Antivirus software can block everything from recording the screen. Try to turn off your antivirus and see if it works!

Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro: expired (AV)
AVG Antivirus: enabled (ASW)
Deinstall it use only the windows Defender

where is the RAM ?

probably he started streaming with a RAM hungry game
