Question / Help OBS crashes after recording for a bit

Hello everyone! I have been using OBS as a recording software for video games and the streaming and recording aspect has been a little odd at times but with some work and research I was able to fix most of the problems. I got everything working for a good couple of months and then after the last update I can not get it to stop crashing. I can play any game for 20 minutes or 1 minute and then the software crashes. I have the link to the log file down below and to be honest I have not had this type of issue before and no one seems to have a direct fix yet. Thanks for your time and hopefully some one here knows how to fix this!

Hmmm that is weird. I have had no issues with the current config that I am running for over a year and literally just after this recent update that made the gauges instead of just green to the multilevel color codes, it has started having these issues. My CPU does have a auto overclock setting when I play games and I could see what you mean but the latest crash log was from playing World of Warcraft with only a 20% load on my CPU and my GPU was only pushing a bit past 30%. I have had to do a windows media update because my Adobe premier pro was having issues with the latest windows 10 update but it was not affected after having that install. It seems to be a OBS issue. I am debating going back to 21.0.0 and seeing if that has a better outcome.

So after doing some back tracking and what not, got a fix. 20.1.3 version of the OBS runs fine and I realized why. The encoder for the recording was sitting at the X264 option and had no other option that I could use. I have been using the AMD encoder so that my CPU is not pushed for games and recording and is using the GPU instead. If they add that option in the newest update I will upgrade but not until that option is back.
