This didn't happen before today, but now, OBS is constantly crashing. It crashes when I try to browse for a media file, it crashes when I try to remove scenes, it crashes when I try to scan for updates, and most importantly, it crashes when I try to stream. I've been searching the internet for hours and I CANNOT find a helpful solution anywhere. PLEASE HELP!

I have attached one of the crash reports below.

We can't answer that, but based on that bug, if you have that software installed, then yes it should solve the problem. Dell MAY have updated the B/R software based on this bug, they may not. If you don't use the B/R functions, then it doesn't matter to you anyway, just uninstall that mess. :)

Also, how do I completely remove the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager?

Edit: Nevermind I just figured it out.

Right click on the windows/start button in the lower left, then click on "Run", type the world "Control" without quotes, into the box and press enter, this will open the control panel (old skool one) and then find Programs and Features, open it. Wait a moment for windows to populate the list, then look for the Dell Backup and Recovery Manager software package, and click on it, then hit uninstall. Blammo, you should be good, of course I would restart after you do that just for good measure and to make sure that all files are gone and uninstalled, as well as any files that were open that needed to be deleted later after a restart, which some uninstallers don't prompt or tell you about, so always good to restart your system after uninstalling some core piece of software, not really for games and such, but definitely for big utilities or packages, such as this one.

Thanks for all the help, I followed your instructions, restarted my computer, and opened up OBS. Everything seems to be working fine now!

It was really not difficult to find. In the log, I looked into the DLLs of the crashed thread, from top to bottom.
ntdll.dll - standard Windows dll
kernel32.dll - standard Windows dll
msvcr100.dll - standard Windows dll
dbroverlayiconbackuped.dll - unknown dll to me!
searched for dbroverlayiconbackuped.dll on my computer - not found, so no standard Windows dll and no OBS dll
searched for "dbroverlayiconbackuped.dll" on Google (just pasted into search)
first link deals with support and crash and usage with qt5, which applies to our case (qt5widgets.dll is found further down our crash log)
Voila! Found something. Pasted link in forum.
Never heard of that software before.

But you took the time and that is very commendable my fuzzy little koala!
