OBS crashes 6-7 hours after starting a livestream

OBS has consistently been crashing approximately 6-7 hours after I've started my livestream for the past several streams, but the crash report is empty (0 bytes). Since it's taking 6-7 hours to produce an issue which may or may not occur if I just let a livestream run without actually doing my normal activities on the PC this one may be a bit difficult to debug by trial and error in the dark. Any suggestions?

You should also check the windows applications and services logs (in event viewer) to see if there's a software or hardware error.
When no crash report is created normally indicates a hardware issue. It may be a simple thing like overheating due to dust and/or dried thermal paste on the CPU and/or GPU, or a hardware failure due to a worn component indicating that it is about to fail completely.
It could be an issue on the OS, or another app, or a plugin, or...

Seems there was a memory leak happening related to having the Audio Monitor plugin sending audio to my Scarlett 2i2 2nd gen which had been recently updated to the latest driver and firmware. I've squelched the memory leak for now by muting the filters that send audio there - will see how it goes next stream and while I wait for a reply from Focusrite... but doing a little napkin math on the rate that the memory leak was growing, that would land at around 6-7 hours before OBS would have taken up almost the entire system's RAM!
