OBS Crashes 2 seconds after I hit record

OBS is crashing once I hit record. It records maybe for two seconds and then a pop up saying "whoops, OBS has crashed!"
I re-opened OBS as administrator but the issue is the same. I am running version 29.0.0

Any help is appreciated!

The problem is most likely coming from the source record plugin.
Update it.

Thanks for the reply. OBS says everything is updated. Where do I go to update the source record plugin?

Download Plugin for OBS Studio to add a filter that allows you to record a source. Add "Source Record" filter to your source. Installation Copy and merge the folders that are in the download zip to the OBS folder for example: C:\Program...
