OBS crashed several times accidentally

I did nothing while obs is running and then it crashed accidently several times Today. What I can do is to restart it. Here is the crash report.(https://obsproject.com/logs/xfw4dVF4rqDfC4dk) Any one can help? Thx.
ps: I checked my current log files and found some errors in it.
Failed setup for format d3d11: hwaccel initialisation returned error.
