Question / Help OBS crashed - help

Hello,

I've been setting OBS to stream/record my IRL RPG sessions and it was working fine for several days of trials and different configurations and then crashed. wont open now. I pasted the crash log here http://pastebin.com/WYVP2s6m

any help would be appreciated.
