Question / Help OBS crashed... and more problems

When I was streaming or recording, OBS crashed randomly
Furthermore, I can't kill OBS process by task manage so computer rebooting is a only way to restart OBS
Here is my crash log

Crashes in libx264 are usually a sign of an unstable overclock. If you're overclocking or underclocking, reset back to factory defaults. If you're not doing either of those things, post a regular OBS log from the "%APPDATA%\obs-studio\logs" folder.
