Bug Report obs crash

That crash is coming from x264, which indicates some kind of hardware instability. Since you are on a Ryzen CPU, this is a known bug in the earlier Ryzen BIOS, so I would recommend you look into updating that first. It can also be caused by an unstable overclock, or some other kind of system instability (i.e. failing RAM, defective mainboard, etc.).
