The obs started crashing after updating to version 30.0 when finishing the recording/transmission first and now it is crashing when changing projects (scene collection) I use a 12th i7-12700k processor and I would like to know what to do to solve my problem because I use it for work

Can you please add a log file too.
The crash shows an issue on a custom dock or a browser source, normally from a plugin.

Check inside %appdata%\obs-studio\ if there's still remaining files from any plugin you installed. Some plugins refuse to remove this files when uninstalled.

Start removing the antiviruses which are intrusive enough to affect recording and streaming. Stay with the microsoft security that is enough as long as you have safe behaviour online (no piracy of any kind) you don't need anything else.

Disable HAGS
Run OBS as Admin
Verify the plugins you installed are updated and works with OBS 30. The log file is clear, you didn't removed the plugins. Consult the plugins help files or ask in the plugins sub-forums how to safely remove them.

If nothing helps, try to uninstall current version of OBS and back to previous version (to see if issue is really depends on OBS version). Also, you can try to run older version of OBS in portable mode and export/import your Scene Collection & Profile (for "portable mode" read after the "If it was not clear" words: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...»-when-opening-app-settings.82157/post-346499)

All releases of OBS (under the "Assets" spoiler):

Also, if you have different crash-logs (from recording ending, transitions etc), please post them too. This may help to developers to resolve the issue.
