OBS crash

Hi OBS friends, first time here on the Forum. I don't understand the crash/log reports so I'm wondering if anyone can please help me understand why OBS crashed a couple of days ago? https://obsproject.com/logs/_rP2DEu7tZ9Y-j9N
I am running the latest OBS version.

We are using the Nvidia NVENC H.264 encoder for both Streaming and Recording. Should I change one? Also we are recording to MP4 which someone said on another thread was a bad idea but I don't know why. Could that have anything to do with crashing?
