Bug Report OBS crash Windows 10

Hello:

I have been experiencing some issues with OBS for the past week dealing with Windows 10. To be specific the crash occurs when I enable preview mode. It has happended when I have switched scenes before as well. The scene that causes the crash has twitch alerts, twitch event list, webcam, and game capture. Today the crash happened during the stream and caused the Webcam to turn to just a red box on the stream. The crash then freezes the computer completely and after about 2 minutes the computer will provide a blue screen saying DPC_Watchdog Violation. I am not sure what is causing this problem but ever since I started using the webcam I have had this issue. The webcam is Logitech C920.

If the problem started after using the webcam, then it seems like the webcam or your USB controller is the problem. Running it at a lower resolution will likely help.

To follow up on this thread. As of now reducing the webcam resolution to match the obs settings video output resolution has solved the problem and the error has not happened since. Thank you very much R1CH for the solution.

Hello from me:

I have this problem: I upgraded my PC to windows 10 and tried to start OBS....But he crashed when i opened it...I tried again and againbut nothing..Please help!!
