Question / Help OBS crash when I try to stream/record

Trying out OBS for the first time, sadly it will crash when I try to stream/record when I use the AMD hardware encoder, but it does work with the software encoder.
I've rebooted, and updated my drivers but it still happens. Some help would be nice, thanks.

GPU Radeon RX 570
