Bug Report OBS Crash Problem

Been testing some of the pre release stuff.

Tried out the new test4 and im getting a crash when i try to add a video capture device.

This crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\syswow64\kernelbase.dll' module.

This is a bug in the way exceptions are caught, it seems even if the C++ exception is caught, it still invokes the exception handler. I added this exception code to the ignore list so the next test version should fix this problem.
