Also when im in the game menu and i start recording i can record and not even a single crash the problem is when you get IN the game and try to record it there.

The DLL causing a crash is related to video drivers. Please make sure your DirectX and Video drivers for your Nvidia card is up to date, then try again.

 

[Lain]

Not actually a crash in OBS itself, but a video driver issue. This is actually a somewhat uncommon crash that can occur with switchable graphics laptops and game capture. Not sure why it happens with some laptops but not others though.

First, as Hopewithinchaos said, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date (just to be safe)
Second, make sure that your nvidia control panel global 3D settings are set to always use the nvidia for graphics programs.
Third, if all else fails and you still get it, you may have to run the game in a borderless/windowed mode and use window capture instead of game capture to better deal with the driver problem for the time being.
