OBS Crash on startup after updating.

When I attempt to open OBS Studio it crashes and gives me an error as well as lets me copy the following.

I have attempted to update my graphics drivers, Uninstalled and reinstalled, renamed the obs-studios directory and launched it, however none of this has fixed anything.

I have also attempted to run it as an admin after reading the logs posted above.
