OBS crash on start up, woops, OBS has crashed

I just installed OBS for the first time, everytime i try to run it i get the error window saying "woops, OBS has crashed". Ive tried a couple small things like turning windows game mode off or reinstalling it.

I downloaded and instelled and update from intel's site, that unfortunately did not work. Thank you
