Bug Report OBS crash my pc

When I open the obs, the whole computer crashesh,
i cant move the mouse and i cant do anything, I can only turn it off from the button.
The obs is the 19.0.3, when i formated the pc i tryed again and the same thing.

Not a lot to go on, but is gaming mode turned on in the windows settings panel?

This is a bit scary tbh. My computer also crashed back to blue screen. If I close OBS it will error and not close. Once I reopen, no matter what, it will crash me to a blue screen. This has happened 3 times and only when I try to load OBS back up after an "error close". If someone tells me how to upload logs I will, but the error happens as it tries to "load" obs after it doesn't close properly, so unsure if the logs wills how much. I have to downgrade back, https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases/tag/19.0.2.

No, I tryed with the gamin mode on and off but still the same. :(
