Hi i had the same issue but fixed it, if you recently installed "camtwist" then this is your answer' manually remove : /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL . Then move the plugins from the DAL folder to the trash and OBS will start again. So it seems that OBS 23.2.1 doesn't work well with those plugins in that directory... the plugins are v3.4.3 and are for Mac osx 10.10 or later..
