Do you have:
  • The latest driver for your GPU?
  • The latest updates for Windows?
  • Some kind of overlay software or some kind of GPU tweaker/tuner?
  • Some kind of aggressive AV?

i have updates and drivers allright, not sure what you mean by overlay software? i got TS3 running which have overlay funcion and "AsRock extreme Tuner utility" which controls my fans. AV? antivirus? i have Avast, not sure if its agressive.

An overlay software; well, what I mean by that is something that, much like OBS does hooks into a game or another graphical application and overlays... something, whatever the case might be.

I'm not sure about AsRock extreme Tuner; is there some way to simply disable it or does your system really need it? Does it touch the GPU in any way, shape or form? If not, then never mind. :P

AV is indeed antivirus and I use Avast as well (good choice by the way) and it never has given me any issues running OBS and I have a very paranoid and aggressive configuration for Avast. So, no, that's not it either.

Anyhow, try disabling TS3's overlay and see if the problem resolves.

Problem solved! You were right, it was TS3 overlay function which caused this crashing. Thanks for the help, im so happy!
