Bug Report OBS crash error

Hello i started streaming with obs and sometimes i get this error (text file:)

This seems to be your nvidia driver, make sure it is up to date.

The 320.xx driver? That one apparently has been a bit problematic. Try the latest beta Nvidia drivers and see if you have better success.

Yes but i think its a problem with my 3d nvidia, because if i start the stream i have to put it on is that possible that that's the problem?

Yeh i have a button on upper left side of my keyboard if i stream it says i have to put it on because its recommed
and when i open the obs my screen is the same then if my 3d is on but it is not on?

You shouldn't be doing any sort of 3D stuff while streaming.

He is referring to the overlay you get ingame for 3D Settings I think.

I aint but it goes like automaticly on and then it says: the colorscreen is changed in windows 7 basic
i uploaded a file.
The first pic is while stream is on and second pic is my normal screen
