OBS crash at startup

I downloaded OBS and tried to execute the program (obs-mac-27.1.3.dmg), there's a very quick flash of it and vanished without a trace, menu bar suggest the OBS is running but on right click the whole menu is greyed-out, and when I tried force quit, OBS is not even on the list. Tried to access the Terminal and had a look at the log and can't figure out anything, if anyone can provide some insights that would be great.
