Please attach a crash report and the log file from the moment it crashed.
Make sure your plugins are updated and compatible with OBS 29.

so it crashes as soon as I turn it on. The crash report above is just the most recent time I opened the program. I don't know much about this or any process to help. I just copied and pasted the most recent crash log.(i think) I can't open the program so I followed instructions on how to post a crash log but I am a noob. so any help on how to get a complete thread. I tired to delete any plugins as they may be the issue. the moment it crashed was after I downloaded the first 29 version. okay I will check plugins and try to pinpoint crash log.

Your posting log files, not crash reports.
Please attach it, not just copy paste in here. There's an Attach files button bellow.

The crash reports are located in a folder name crashes inside %appdata%\obs-studio\ folder.
Just make sure the date of the file correspond to the issue you have.

Check the plugins you're using. Completelly remove them and test.

The plugin is still there:

000000957E749AF0 00007FFF96E08DC9 00007FFF96E08D6E 000000957E74BEC0 000000957E74BEC0 00007FFFD30A6280 streamfx.dll!0x7fff96e08dc9

You must contact the plugin creator / maintainer on how to fully remove the plugin or about an update that works with OBS 29.
%appdata%\obs-studio\ in this path you'll find remaining files which are not removed when you uninstall the plugin.

After removing all this files, uninstall OBS and reinstall it.
Don't get me wrong, StreamFX it's an amazing plugin, but people tend to update before they're ready for the update, so the broken state.

It happens to me that I open the obs and when I want to change the scene it crashes. No matter what I do, just by changing the scene, my obs freezes and closes everything without telling me what happened. This is happening to me with the new version 29, because with 28 everything was going well without any problems. So I can't even start the stream because it won't let me change the scene. Please tell me why this problem happens. Thanks

yikes! I will follow your advise and contact. I am so new to this. Thanks for the help.

Same answer as before. Check the plugins you instaled.
I have several installed but it happens that before I was doing well. Before this error happened to me, I had obs 29 running fine. But it happens that when I started direct the internet was not going well and I thought that it was the obs that had something wrong but it was not like that. And when trying to reinstall the obs, now the error is happening to me.
