Question / Help "OBS Crash" after opening the application

suddenly "OBS" can not be opened, and there are notifications appear "OBS crash"

Open Task Manager and see if there are any OBS processes running...If so, shut them down and try again to open OBS..

I checked Task Manager, no OBS app ..
I tried to restart the laptop but the result is the same ..
