Question / Help OBS crash after 5 seconds, Win 10, started after successful streaming to Youtube/Facebook

Running the latest version of OBS, 25.08
Up to now had no issues using with Virtual Cam plugin. After I added stream keys for Facebook Live and Youtube and successfully used them, on my next use of OBS I get the crash alert within 5 seconds of the application starting. I have re-installed OBS but this did not change the issue, it was happening every time I started. I have just uninstalled the Virtual Cam plugin and it has remained stable. Re-installing the plugin causes the crash to immediately happen on startup, however prior to the adding of the stream keys I had no problems.

Any ideas!!
