OBS Crasched

Buongiorno, sono nuovo del forum.
ho installato OBS su un notebook con Windows 10, ma subito all'avvio mi compare un crash.
Vi allego la schermata ed il report di errore.
Se avete un consiglio per risolverlo.

Your crash is caused by the QSV encoder during its initialize.
Your windows installation is very outdated (1809). Please update your windows to a newer functional update of win10.

If you have no complicated setup of scenes in OBS so far, start with a uninstall and fresh install of OBS then.
