I have an i5 9400 (16GB RAM) with a GTX 1650, I use NVENC and I stream at 1080p 30fps to YouTube (not gaming, but for church stream). My CPU usage according to OBS (bottom right side) is on average about 15%. When I open up task manager though, the CPU usage OBS takes up according to Task manager is often close to double that. What gives? Which one is more accurate?
The reason I ask is because I want to get a good idea of where my processor's limits are, so that I don't end up opening more than what it can handle in the background, and as a result, negatively impact the stream.
