Bug Report OBS CPU% Spiking

I am having random CPU spiking up in CPU causing FPS issues. CPU will go from 12/13% to 24/25% and then my FPS is dropping. Its not causing dropped frames but FPS dips into the 30s then goes back up seconds later.

Anyone got any solutions?
