Hello! I have been streaming on twitch for nearly 3 years and have had little to no fuss using OBS in that time. Most recently however, I have been getting some serious CPU spikes when streaming. I have noticed that the CPU tends to use a ton of CPU now when the webcam is fullscreen, and also when I am capturing gameplay with a lot of motion with my capture card. I have attacjed my log file here, but I have tried troubleshooting this issue and I can't seem to find a solution. Any help would be fantastic.

I have already taken the following steps to fix this problem:
Reinstalled a fresh windows copy
Ensured all Drivers are up to date
Utilized the Webcam on different USB hubs
