Hello everyone.
I searching some time now to find out more informations and best hardware, which is able to stream in 1080p60fps + webcam 720p30fps with a slow cpu preset. I didnt find till now any thread/informations and explains for this.
Which cpu is able to stream with those settings.
I talk about an extra streaming PC.
Right know i using a 2 pc streaming setup with an i7 4790k oc 4.3ghz and a i7 6700k oc 4.4 ghz. The streaming machine with the i7 4790k is not able to go higher than 1080p60fps with a veryfast preset. Even this settings are at the max i could go. And have to look that nothing else running on my streaming pc.
I tried a lot of things. I could even reach in 720p60fps only fast as cpu preset.
I know the capturecard use a lot of cpu usage. But is there still any cpu out. Which could handle it better.
I heard the i7 5820k is better. But i dont believe this could go lower than medium. Would love to get some feedback. Informations and probably some more detailed explain what exactly are the features from every singly slower preset. Which get activated.

Cheers

i7 5960x or a xeon in the e5 26xx series.

The cpu usage costs vs the quality benefits from going with slow over medium are NOT worth it.

Yes i know that its probably not worth it. But i want reach a beast of a machine. Which hasnt problems at all with any settings in those problems. Even if probably any stream runs in the background too. And i have never seen any streamer which was really using a kind of those settings with a good result without lags and stucks.
But what are the exact features every slower preset do.
I do not realy see a huge different between 720p60fps fast preset and veryfast preset. Even with just 2500kbit/s im probably not able to see what exact changed

1080p60 is significantly harder than 720p60. I have a dual Xeon 2670v1 setup and I can do Slow preset for 720p40 with room to spare, but not enough room to achieve "slower". Haven't tried 1080p60 because there's no point in streaming that to Twitch anyways.

Yes twitch is not a point. But youtube gaming is a way you could use it. And it would be great even to reach for twitch a slow preset with 1920p30fps probably that is more worth, if you stream to twitch.
