I have been using OBS for 4-5 months and have never run into any issues. Tonight I started streaming to Facebook and after about 5 minutes I get a warning message saying OBS could not encode the video fast enough. I have never seen this warning and my settings have been the same since I started using OBS. After this happened my entire computer is acting different. Everything is loading very slow even after restarting and shutting down my computer. I am mostly concerned about what happened to my computer. I will paste the log file below:

streaming over WiFi... never advisable

Something has changed. You have had OS updates. And what else is running (possibly in the background)? no need to tell me (or anyone here) as this isn't an OBS issue, but rather much more likely a general PC issue on your end. real-time video encoding is very computationally demanding so it is not unusual that it might be the first place to notice a change in performance.
Are you running out of disk space? or is that an SSD that is having problems? or malware? or dozens of other possibilities

I was able to fix my computer by doing a power cycle. The issue with my computer was 100% caused by something that happened while I was live on OBS. I have had the computer less than a year old and it runs very smoothly. There is over a terabyte of disc space, no viruses or malware.
