Question / Help Obs correct configuration

Hello,
any can tell me the correct configuration on OBS i should do? i tried to stream from PS4 and there are no laggs or problems, but when i try do something on pc my stream is always lagging
My internet is 11down / 1.6up

pc specs:

AMD FX(tm) 9590 8 Core 4,71ghz
64bit 8gb RAM
ssd12gb Radeon R9 3Gb
monitor 1920x1080
