I m wondering if this has any copyright on it. If I used it to screen record my YouTube videos, would I need permission?

Whether you duplicate TV/Movie/Video game footage by digital means, like a DVR or recording software on your computer, or if you just shoot a video of the display screen with a camera, this is the same infringement of copyright law.
