OBS constantly switching source and than unable to change source back

I made a video showing the issues I have. These two issues combined really breaks OBS for me.

I have two Outook windows open, one smaller Outlook window displaying playing one hour in calendar, the other bigger outlook window displaying 4 hours.

I made an OBS source to capture the smaller Outlook window, using Windows Graphic Capture method. I also have crop filter on.

For some reason, if I wake from computer up from hibernation or I restart OBS or something, OBS will automatically change to the bigger Outlook window for the window for that source. It doesn't happen every time, I would say about 40% of the time I restart computer, waking it up or restart OBS.

When this happen, It would be that annoying if OBS would let me switch window for that source to the correct one, but it won't even let me do that! There are two Outlook.exe in the window downdrop list in Property, but no matter which one I click, OBS ignores and just stick to the wrong one as shown in the video.

The only way for me to fix this is to resize the two outlook windows to fit each other.

If anyone can offer any help, that would be great. I don't know if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

Okay, apparently I have to click on the Outlook window I want to capture first to make that window active before click outlook.exe in the dropdown list.

That's so stupid, why even give me both windows in the droplist and when only one can be capture and anytime and I have to click to make it active first?

It's due to how Microsoft have coded many of their programs lately, such as Office and many applications on the Windows Store. It's meant to be a security improvement and compartmentalization, but just tends to cause issues when being captured by OBS.
