Honestly don't know what to do. The camera is still in but OBS just can't seem to pull it's own weight.

You're streaming over wi.fi which isn't reliable and can cause the issues you have.
Try using a wider connection. If you can't, move the computer closer to the modem/router so the signal is stronger.
