Bug Report OBS constant disconnects to localhost when photoshop is opened

I'm trying to stream drawings. OBS disconnects from localhost nginx on every freaking mouse move.
Just close photoshop and it works like a charm

Still disconnects all the time unless I close photoshop. New version of OBS didn't help.
