Bug Report OBS conflict with fraps on windows 8.1?

So recently I upgraded to windows 8.1 and discovered a weird problem where when using game capture. If fraps is running the background, after alt tabbing from the game the game capture feed dies.This only happens when fraps is running in the background and only occurs on windows 8.

This is expected behavior when you have conflicting hooks. Use only one hooking app at a time.
