My friend I think 50k CBR only will make your files huge. Most of the youtubers I watch use 40k. And for cpq they use 18. When you try recording 15 with hdd( I don't know you use ssd. no info) It can cause lag.

I'm not pro on obs and I have some problems either but those are my toughts.

CBR anything for recording locks your video bitrate at that value, even when the video frame doesn't actually need it.

CRF/CQP values don't affect cpu or gpu usage.
