Question / Help OBS Configuration

I am trying to Configure OBS to the best settings for the best quality and so that there is no lag what so ever. I play games such as Arma 3, Dota 2 and DayZ. My Download speed is 10.33Mbps and My Upload speed is 7.02Mbps. Here are my specs.
ProcessorAMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Video CardAMD Radeon HD 7900 Series
Memory8.2 GB
Operating SystemMicrosoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit
