Question / Help OBS configuration Proxy (MAC/WIN)

Hi Everyone,
i would to know how configure my obs to go on internet for streaming throw a proxy.

OBS does not support connecting through a proxy.

No i have to use proxy because i have one proxy into my work network... rtmp doesn't go throw proxy i have to configure obs to use it... ho?
