Question / Help OBS configuration problem

Hi everyone, forgive my English, but I have concerns with OBS I can not encode x264 because my computer does not follow for video

Here is my config
Intel Core i5 4460 3.20gz
8GB DDR3

Radeon RX 480 Nitro OC + 8GB

I just use OBS to record video

Even with the codec of the graphics card quality is poor

How to configure it? :)
