I've just jumped into the world of streaming and literally found myself fighting with checkboxes and dropdowns on the OSB Studio UI.
Basically I've managed to put together a really basic scene with some images and text, it also connects to my Twitch fine, but the performance is really poor when going live. Sometimes it looks smooth, but most of the time it's a pain to watch it (really, it's like violating human rights :'( ).
Here are my specs (ASUS X550J):
Intel Core i7 4750HQ
nVidia GTX 950M (2GB)
8GB RAM
Win 10 x64
According to speedtest.net:
Upload: minimum 30 Mbps
Download: minimum 4.5 Mpbs (most of the time it's 5 Mpbs or a little bit above)
Ping: 20ms (basically it doesn't make any sense here as I haven't tested it for Twitch server's yet)
I attached my latest log file, I was streaming CS:GO and maybe Overwatch as well.
I just can't find the optimal settings for my stream (like bitrate, resolution, encoding etc.)
Could you give me some piece of advice to adjust my settings in order to have better performance?
