Yes Hello... Happy what's left of the 2019 New Year...
I was wondering can a Configuration file of sorts be written for OBS like how Games in DOS before windows could be written... So that only the Video or Game Software along with Software for Streaming the Live Video or Game etc is being run... Pnly for Windows... so that CPU usage is not boggled up with other Programs that don't need to be running that are using CPU cores & Cycles... I know there is programs in the start up menu that can be disabled etc... only there are a whole lot of other Programs the the Windows Shell intializes along with has running such as the Clock & Calendar along with many others... Not that you would want to turn of the Clock & Calender... Such as looking in Admin Tools System Info & System configuration... In which say Printer & Fax program is Loaded & Running and or Foreign Language program is Running even tjhough these programs are not being used etc... That way when the Game & OBS & Browser etc are loaded any of those types of unneed & unwanted programs can be Temporarily disabled on a Restart and or Reboot using some sort of Live Video & Game Streaming Configuration File???
