OBS Completely Unusable stuck on Scene screen

OBS is stuck full screen on the scenes layout box. I can not move the application to different screens, I can not access anything on OBS other than the scenes box. it will not allow me to exit the screen or see anything else on the app. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, right click, double click, dragging, trying all the Function keys, restarted PC searched for anyone else with this issue and nothing. I cant find anyway other than here on how to contact about issues as I cant even use anything other than the scenes box. for the first split second of opening it shows me everything but then leaves me stuck on this screen.
So i've tried every single thing I can think of to get this to go away and of course I cant even get a screen shot cause its stuck on my secondary screen.

Update!!
after all the trouble shooting cycles I tried deleting all my profile info too and now its back and functioning. a bit annoying now that Ill need to redo all of this work but I at least got it to function properly and fully. I hope this can help someone else in the future if this ever happens to you. (Hadn't seen anyone else posting about it so figure ill leave it up)
