OBS completely crashes when I close it.

Hello ! I've been having this issue for a while now but it's starting to be really annoying.
Basically, when I close OBS normally, it freezes and completely crashes. This might sound okay but the problem is I cannot close it once it crashed, which makes capture devices completely unusable until OBS is not open in the background anymore (usually after I restart my PC).
My OBS scenes are full of crap and tons of effects, (like source copies with shadow , blur etc...) but this doesn't seem to be the source of the issue since this occurred even when I had almost none of those running.
Since sometimes the crash doesn't even create a crash log , I'm triggering crashed to hopefully generate crash logs (and that's why I'm not gonna post any right now, but in answers)

Some old crash logs indicated me it's coming from the audio thread (which could be explain by the VST it's running , and the few effects), but some others indicate "obs gpu encode thread".

So I'll comeback on this thread with hopefully some more infos (like full config , with dxdiag, and crash logs)
Thank you for your help !

So after 10 minutes of trying to make it crash again (with everything running), I cannot trigger a crash.
So I'm just gonna attach the few (old) crash logs and the latest logs , and a dxdiag file.
(It's all in a RAR because there is a lot)

Also some additional information : My capture card is an Avermedia LGP Lite , the VST I'm using on my mic is Izotope's Ozone 9 Dynamic EQ. (With running beside it OBS's Compressor , Noise Suppression (in RNNoise mode) and OBS's Limiter.)
I'm also actively using Exeldro's : Source Dock, Source Record, Transition Table, Source Copy, Audio Monitor, Recursion Filter. But also StreamFX and Spectralizer.
And that's pretty much it.

I also realized that when Discord is running, OBS has a tendency to not respond.
I recorded my attempt to make OBS crash in case it could be useful.
