these drops in fps value are more frequent I don't believe I've had this problem before and I'm so frustrated that the only solution I can think of is investing in a new rig but I don't know I'd appreciate any help in the matter even more details is that I use a video capture device to capture footage from a console I rarely game on the pc that is using obs anyway thanks to anyone who can help
