I am having a similar issue. When OBS is freshly installed i have no problems. After I stream with my color key settings and go to reset my color key, i can no longer select ANY COLOR presented in my background. When I try to automatically select a color, no matter what color I select, OBS chooses a random color. Black white gray blue, but never the green that I am selecting.
This has nothing to do with the lighting, but the software.
Below in the attachments I have shown my results.
The first picture is a control of what my environment looks like
The second picture is by double clicking the color icon, selecting the dark green (given the lighting, thats how it appears).
The third picture is trying to automatically select the color..
The way I have been rectifiying this issue is by uninstalling OBS and deleting the folder then reinstalling. It automatic color key always works UP UNTIL I stream. After I stream, close the stream, then go to reset the color key, I get the following issue....
How can I solve this issue?
