Question / Help OBS CLR Browser Source Plugin downloads to Notepad?

I tried downloading the CLR Browser Source Plugin and every time it dosent download as files i can extract. Instead it downloads into notepad with a bunch of text? how do I fix this plz help?

You need to open the file with your archive program of choice (Winrar/7zip) seems you accidentally associated it with notepad.

ok all i do is click link and it goes directly to Notepad to download.Dosent even download as extracted file folder.

Link they provide goes straight to notepad is there a setting i have to change somewhere on my comp?
