OBS closes itself when a Twitch channel point redemption is made

As if the title is not clear enough here is the issue. While streaming on twitch and a viewer redeems a channel point redemption that is linked to a setting on my Mix It Up bot that plays a sound and displays an image, OBS will "close" and will not want to reopen again for anywhere from 30-90 seconds after the closure event. There are no crash logs yet for each attempt to reopen OBS to resume the stream there is a log file created, as if it is trying to load but can't. This event just occurred last night in fact and I have 10 log files that and at roughly the same point of it loading the desktop audio then there is nothing. I have one final log file that would be for the program finally opening and me restarting the stream till I ended it about a half hour later at my normal ending time. I have attached all these logs to this posting so we can maybe get an answer. There is no log though for the initial event happening. All logs in the folder are from me trying to reopen OBS and get things running again.

I am tempted to uninstall and reinstall OBS however; I do not know if it is an issue with OBS itself or perhaps how Mix It Up and OBS are talking to each other since the issue presents itself randomly through events triggered by Mix It Up.

Once done this, run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tool menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything.
Please restart OBS and perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

No critical issues found. It does not like the "multiple game capture" that I have set up but that is required for my Dixper setup to work with the game. Other than that, the analyzer says my system is needing some hardware upgrade that I cannot do right now. It doesn't like that I am running a 9th gen i3 processor (and to be honest I am not liking it either but money is tight and I can't upgrade it right now), and it doesn't like my network adapter that is built into my motherboard.

When attempting to replicate the issue, it did not occur prior to or after running the configuration wizard. It is a random occurence it seems but is very annoying when OBS will self close, not crash, and not want to reopen for an indeterminate amount of time.
