OBS closes instantly

Whenever I try to add a video source or load a profile, OBS freezes then closes. Crash report folder is empty but I've attached my latest log after trying to add a video source. I've tried to reinstall OBS and recent windows updates but no luck is fixing.

Ok I feel really silly. When I tried to roll back to a previous version, I noticed that for some reason my computer only had downloaded the newest version at some point but did not auto install... I should have checked that right the way. It's fixed now, thanks for the assistance.
